Return Policy – 3 Days for Easy Returns

At JAM Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free 3-day Exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to exchange your purchase
  • Items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags still attached.
  • Final sale items, including sale or clearance products, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • To initiate a exchange, please ensure the exchange request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@jamcouture.in or Contactus@jamcouture.in jamcouture.jc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Prepare the Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the Return: Use the return label provided and send your item(s) back to us. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Exchanges can be made for a different size or color, based on availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and personalized/custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Always make a video while opening the packet, If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a return or exchange. We’ll cover the return shipping costs for items that are faulty.
